Vincent Baginski

Vincent Baginski 78, of Punta Gorda passed away September 3, 2006. He was born November 10, 1927 in Poland. Vincent immigrated from Germany in 1957 and worked as painter/paper hanger until he retired and moved to Punta Gorda in October of 2000 from Akron, Ohio. He will be greatly missed by his daughters Antonia (Antonio) Polera; Ursula Brown and Tina (Todd) Ratcliff all of Akron, Ohio, Andrea Baginski of Punta Gorda and Karen (Harley) Betz, Jr. of Charlotte, NC; son Vincent W. Baginski of North Port, FL; three grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and numerous friends and members of the brotherhood of painters and allied trades. Vincent was preceded in death by wife Wilhelmine. The family will receive friends 11:00 - 12:30 p.m, Friday, September 8 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services with the service in celebration of Vincent’s life following at 1:00 p.m. at San Antonio Catholic Church.
