Verna Woods (Mom), 90, of Charlotte County, FL. passed peacefully at Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center.

LIVE WELL, LOVE MUCH, LAUGH OFTEN

She was predeceased by husband Earl and daughter Verna.  

Survived by Linda and Brooks of Florida, and Nancy and family of Ohio.

Our sincere gratitude, appreciation, care, and compassion to all nurses, assistants, staff, and friends that went above and beyond to comfort and care for Verna at Charlotte Bay.  Our thanks to Tidewell Hospice for comfort care that was given.

Services will be announced at a later date.
