Susan Rene Rohr, 66, passed away peacefully on May 23, 2026.

Born September 28, 1959, in Shamokin, Pennsylvania, Susan was the daughter of Glen Herr and Patricia Rivera Herr. She was a proud graduate of Our Lady of Lourdes High School, class of 1977.

Susan shared a beautiful love story with her husband, William Rohr. Together for 44 years and married in 1988, Bill was not only her devoted husband but also her best friend and lifelong partner. Their relationship was built on love, friendship, and unwavering commitment.

Susan was preceded in death by her beloved son, Ryan Rohr; her father, Glen Herr; her mother, Patricia Rivera Herr; and grandparents, Catherine and John Machuzak.

She is survived by her loving husband and best friend, William Rohr; her sister Michelle Trzesniowski and husband Michael of Richmond, Virgina, and their sons Nicholas and Michael; her sister Maria Ruane and husband Adam of Scranton, Pennsylvania and their son Aunt Sandra Machuzak of Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania; her Uncle Alden Herr of Elysburg, Pennsylvania; along with extended family members and friends who will forever cherish her memory.

Susan’s life was centered on the people she loved. She will be remembered for the love she gave, the relationships she treasured, and the lasting impact she made on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her. Though deeply missed, her memory will continue to live on through the many lives she touched.

A time of viewing and visitation will be held from 2:00–3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 28th at the Life Celebration Center of Punta Gorda, with a Life Celebration service to follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made to Madison’s Miracles, Inc., Beaufort, South Carolina, in Susan’s memory.
