Roberta K. Bishop

Roberta K. Bishop, 87, of Punta Gorda , formerly of Waukegan, Illinois passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2013. She was on born October 16, 1925 in Kenosha, WI to William and Nina (nee Nowell) Julian. Roberta loved Punta Gorda and living at Emerald Lake. She was an active bridge player and loved socializing with her neighbors and their dogs as they walked by. Roberta will be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother, who loved all critters great and small, especially her cat Lola. Roberta will be greatly missed by her daughters, Barbara Bishop of Fontana, WI and Beverly Bishop of Horshaw, WI and granddaughter, Jaime Stone of Boston, MA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Bishop in 2007. No services are planned at this time. Memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association.
