Robert L. Church

Robert L. Church, 78, of Port Charlotte, FL, passed away on January 25, 2022. He was born on November 3, 1943, to Kenneth and Lorraine Church in Howell, Michigan. Robert honorably served in the United States Army and moved to Port Charlotte in 1981 from Battlecreek, Michigan. He was an entrepreneur at heart and created his companies RLC Insurance and Gulf Coast Cleaning, Inc. Robert also made time to volunteer for the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Department. He enjoyed scuba diving, basketball, and watching the Detroit Lions and Michigan Football.

Robert will be deeply missed by his daughters Kim (Matt) Kasch, Cindy Powers, and Lesley Hubbard of Port Charlotte, Florida; and his grandchildren McKenzie and David. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife Jacqueline.
