An avid golfer, Richard enjoyed many rounds with friends both in Binghamton, New York, and in Port Charlotte, Florida, where he spent his later years.

Richard will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his community, and his profession. His quiet strength, integrity, and love for those around him left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

A private service will be held for family at a later date.
