Raymond G. Fettinger

Raymond G. Fettinger, 62, of Port Charlotte passed away June 13, 2008. He was born January 21, 1946 in Tampa, FL to Paul and Beatrice (Mattingly) Fettinger. Raymond served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a manager for Dow Chemicals in Production until he retired and moved from Midland, MI. Raymond was a member of South Gulf Cove Yacht Club and H.O.A. He enjoyed fishing, boating and sports. Raymond will be greatly missed by daughters, Jody Marie Foote of Irmo, SC, Jamie Marie (Lane) Foor and Rae Lynn Fettinger both of Midland, MI; son, Dirk (Lynn) Ward of Niceville, FL; brother, Scotty of Sebring, FL; sisters, Nelda Erby of Chickamauga, GA, Nancy Potter of Lake City, FL and Geraldine Carpenter of Cleveland, TN; longtime friend, Terry Simpkins of Luling, LA; seven grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
