Phillip Roy Finley, Jr., 64, of Port Charlotte passed away April 1, 2008. He was born April 27, 1943 in Brockton, MA to Phillip Sr. and Edna (Sturtevant) Finley. Phillip will be greatly missed by his daughter, Amanda Finley; grandson Aiden Phillip Finley and ex-wife, Wendy Finley. No services are planned at this time.
