Philip W. Halaquist, 84, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away on August 14, 2021. He was born on August 15, 1936, to Stanley and Jennie Halaquist in Manhattan, NY. Philip moved to Florida in 1959 from New York.
Philip will be deeply missed by his wife Sandra; daughters Sherri (Dale) Meloche and Kim (Peter) Govoni; sons Philip (Brittani) Halaquist, Rodney Halaquist, Robert Klawonn, and Karl (Terri) Klawonn; and his 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
