Laura E. Starks, 79, of Punta Gorda passed away October 19, 2010. She was born January 17, 1931 in Midland, Texas. She moved to this area from Virginia Beach in 1979. Laura enjoyed painting. She will be greatly missed by her sons, Mitchell (Karen) Starks and Marshall (Kim) Starks both of Virginia Beach, VA; brother, Frank (Joyce) Flanagan, CA and grandchildren, Joshua, Jessica and Rachel.
