John Frederick Kugel, Jr.

John "Fred" Kugel, Jr., 68, of Punta Gorda, FL formerly of Lutherville, MD passed away Thursday, April 19, 2012 of complications from pneumonia . He was the son of Blanche (Bernardi) and John Frederick Kugel, Sr, born January 27, 1944 in Baltimore, MD. Fred served in the US Army. He was a member of American Pool Players Association. Fred is greatly missed by his beloved wife, Rebecca Debaugh Kugel; brother Gary Wayne (Barbara) Kugel of Westminster, MD; mother-in-law, Bertha Sweet Debaugh; grandchildren, Michael, Kevin and Devin and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Michael Kugel. No service is planned at this time. Memorial donations may be made to Humane Society of United States.
