James Murphy

James A. Murphy, 71, of Port Charlotte passed away June 30, 2006. He was born May 2, 1935 in South Amboy, NJ to James and Adalaide (Buttcher) Murphy. James worked for 37 years as a Union Iron Worker, Local #480 in NJ before retiring and was a member of the Mason of the Philo Lodge in N.J. He moved to Pt. Charlotte in 1992 from New Jersey. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 51 years, Lorraine; sons James and Joseph; two grandchildren Jackie and Alyssa. Services will be held at a later date in New Jersey.
