Harry Howell Bathgate Jr.

Harry Howell Bathgate Jr.,85, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away on September 16, 2022. Harry was born to Harry Bathgate Sr. and Ethel Bathgate in the town of Branchville New Jersey on November 3, 1936. He married Elizabeth Ann Carragher in 1962. He is survived by his brother David Bathgate, sister Betty McMickle, son John Bathgate, daughter Cindy Rodriguez, granddaughter Corrie Podschelne, grandson Kyle Bathgate, great grandson Jackson Podschelne and great granddaughter Margaux Podschelne. He is preceeded in death by his father Harry Bathgate Sr., his mother Ethel Bathgate, and his wife Elizabeth Bathgate.

He was a devoted member of The New Day Christian Church in Port Charlotte Florida. He loved feeding the wild birds, planting flowers around his house, fishing at Lake Champlain Vermont, building bird houses and incense burning log cabins. He was a hardworking man who always kept himself busy. He loved to spend time with his family and friends.
