Earle R. Hicks, Jr., 81, of Port Charlotte, FL passed away March 9, 2016. He was the son of Earle and Julia Hicks, born August 24, 1934 in Johnson City, NY. He will be greatly missed by his brother, Philip Hicks and other family members. A graveside service will be at 10am, Friday, March 18, 2016 at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte.
