Dr. Richard Faulkner

Dr. Richard Faulkner, 82, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away May 19, 2014. He served in the US Army. Richard was a veterinarian with Pahles Clinic for 25 years, and Companion Animal Clinic for 6 years. Richard was of the Catholic faith. He was a member of Fin & Feather, and enjoyed deer hunting and fishing. He shared much fun and many laughs at Maywood Lodge and Squares. Richard will be greatly missed by his wife of 33 years, JoAnne; daughters, Julie, Ann, and Pat; sisters, Kathy (Matt) Feshback, Sue (Rich) Hjark; brothers, Bud (Loretta) Faulkner, Peter (Sue) Faulkner, and Jim Faulkner; and step-children, David (Mary) Tarmann and Betty Jane Mooney; 3 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Art & Marie Faulkner; sister, Mary Ann Malek; and son, Todd. The service in celebration of Richard's life will be 1:00 - 4:00 pm Saturday, September 6, 2014 at Squares Resort.
