Derrold J. Weisel

Derrold J. Weisel, 78, of Arcadia and formerly of New Egypt, NJ passed away January 8, 2011. He was born July 7, 1932 in Plainsboro, NJ to Charles and Beatrice (Davison) Weisel. Derrold was a US Army Veteran and worked as a lineman with JCP & L in New Jersey. He was a member of the Elks, Eagles, Moose and American Legion. Derrold enjoyed going hunting, fishing, carpentry and golfing. He will be greatly missed by his daughters, Wendy (Hugh) Byrne of Clarksville, FL, Tracey Weisel Benton of Florence, NJ and Michelle Weisel of Alvin, TX; brothers, Calvin (Vivian) of Jackson, NJ and Harold (Joyce) of Pawling, NY; sister, Arlene Jennings of Trenton, NJ and grandchildren, Chris, Nicole, Marguerite, Leah and Haley. Derrold was preceded in death by his wife, Gayle and loving friend, Terry Shutt. No service is planned at this time. Memorial donations may be made to Charity of your choice.
