David L. Bailey, 53, of Port Charlotte passed away December 28, 2015. He was the son of Edward and Elizabeth Bailey, born on January 25, 1962. A visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, Monday, January 4, 2015 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services. Burial will be at Washington Park Cemetery East, Indianapolis, IN.
