Cyrene M. Clark

May 15, 1996 — October 20, 2025

It is with shattered hearts that we share the passing of our beloved daughter, Cyrene, who left us far too soon on October 20, 2025, at the age of 29.

Cyrene was unlike anyone else - strong-willed, thoughtful, and endlessly creative. She was a free spirit, and driven by compassion and curiosity. Known for her intelligence, humor and depth, she gave more of herself than she ever had to give. Her infectious laughter would lure anyone across the room. Defiant to "the man" and unapologetically herself.

She was a woman of many talents - an artist, a poet, and a hula hoop dancer - who approached everything she did with passion and purpose. Her creativity, humor, and honesty left an impression on everyone she met.

A preservationist of all living things and culinary extraordinaire, Cyrene found joy in creating and bringing people together. She believed in slowing down to appreciate the world around her - always reminding us to pause, breathe, and notice the small, beautiful moments in life.

Cyrene was an old soul, finding comfort in flowing to the voices of Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, and Etta James, while also embracing a wide and eclectic range of music. She wore her heart on her sleeve, and you could see her gentle, generous spirit shining through her big blue eyes.

Cyrene's family will forever honor her memory with love and intent. She is deeply missed by her parents, Chris and April Clark; her sisters, Naia and Briana; her brother-in-law, Hank; and her nephews, Josiah, Levi, and Noble, Her ride or die Murphy-girl, and a large circle of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who were touched by her life.

Cyrene's presence was a gift - her kindness, her laughter, and her strength will remain with us always. Though her time here was far too short, her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough know and love her.
