Charles L. Wilbur

Charles L."Chuck" Wilbur, 72, of Punta Gorda, FL passed away Thursday, July 3, 2014. He was the son of Benjamin and Margaret Wilbur, born on January 15, 1942 in Lewes, DE. Chuck served in the US Navy. He was a retired furniture sales representative and moved from Annapolis, MD to this area in 2003. He was a member of Annapolis Fleet Reserve, Punta Gorda Elks and American Legion Severna Park, MD. Chuck enjoyed music, boating, dancing, and was a Washington Redskins Fan. He will be greatly missed by his significant other, Jackie Moreland; sons, Jeff (Doreen) Wilbur of Phoenix, AZ and Matt Wilbur of Tarpon Springs, FL; step-son, Scott Simpkins of Milwaukee, WI; step-daughter, Michelle (Richard) Petitbon of Annapolis, MD and grandchildren, Sophia, Richie, Luke and Carson.
