Sharon F. Crossett, 77, of Punta Gorda passed away August 17, 2012. She was the daughter of Clarence and Suzanna (Stonis) Schultz, born April 7, 1935 in Chicago, IL. Sharon came to Punta Gorda in 1999 from Rochester, IN. She retired as a district manager for Avon. Sharon was the Queen Mother for the Red Hat Society in Windmill Village; she was a member of Lutheran Church of the Cross. She enjoyed painting, and knitting for the grand kids. Sharon will be greatly missed by her husband of 60 years, George; daughter, Pam Michiels of Oswego, IL; and sons, Bruce (Carol) Crossett of Cedar Lake, IN, and Greg (Nancy) Crossett of New Lenox, IL; grandchildren, Nikki, Dana, Christopher, Jessica, and Ashley; and four great-grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date.
