Mark W. Emery

Mark W. Emery, 80, of Deep Creek passed away May 26, 2008 at Charlotte Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born June10, 1927 in Westbrook, Maine to Paul and Edna (Wilcox) Emery. Mark was a graduate of Westbrook High School and served in the US Navy during WWII. Mark did his machinist apprenticeship at the Saco Lowell Machine Company in Biddeford, ME; he was employed as a machinist for 35 years at Maine International Rubber Company until he retired in 1990 and moved to Florida. Mark will be greatly missed by his wife of 62 years, Shirley; daughter, Martha Reynolds of Goffstown, NH; granddaughters, Melanie Marchand and Melissa Anderson both of Manchester, NH; great-grandchildren, Chad, Zachery, Ashley Marchand, Lauren Averill, Lindsey Young, Kailyn Anderson all of Manchester, NY. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Stephen Paul Emery. A celebration of Mark's life will be 5:00 pm, Friday, May 30, 2008 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services with Rev.
