Fred "Andy" Moseley

Fred A. "Andy" Moseley, 68, of Port Charlotte, FL formerly of Rector, AK passed away September 15, 2015. He was the son of Fred and Sally Moseley, born February 21, 1947 in Rector, Ark. Andy served in the U.S. Navy for 10 years on the USS Edward McDonald and John F. Kennedy. He was the owner/operator of Pop's Barber Shop in Port Charlotte and a member of the Elks and American Legion. Andy will be greatly missed by his wife of 18 years, Mary Anne; son, Greg Moseley; daughter Melissa Russell; grandson, Ryan Moore; step-son, Aaron Bertl; nephew, Tim Moore and nieces, Tanya Justice and Nancy Robic.
