C. F. Cline, 69, of Port Charlotte passed away February 21, 2009. He was the son of Curtis and Marie (Price) Cline, born July 8, 1939 in Sikeston, Missouri. C. F. served in the US. Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was a member of the VFW Post 5690, the Military Museum and First Baptist Church in Port Charlotte. C. F. loved Southern Gospel music and enjoyed promoting it through his company, Family Music Concerts. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 37 years, Kay; daughters, Susan Cline Jordan of Hendersonville, NC and Karen (James) Johnson of Port Charlotte; brother, Curtis Cline of Tempe, AZ; sister, Margaret Harmon of Zachery, LA and 3 grandchildren. A graveside service in celebration of C. F.'s life will be at 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 25, 2009 at the Sarasota National Cemetery with Pastor Jim McCarty officiating.
